WHAT ARE YOUR PEAK AND NON-PEAK SEASON DATES AND DOES THAT AFFECT THE ATTRACTIONS?

Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows:

  • Peak Season: Memorial Day Weekend (05/30/22) – Labor Day (9/05/22)
  • 2022/2023 Non-Peak Season: 10/31/2022 – 05/27/2023

*Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during non-peak season.


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly!


HOW DO I RESERVE MY STAY?

WHEN IS THE CHEAPEST TIME TO BOOK?

Visit us during the months of November through April and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind, activities are limited to weekends only during these times.


WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE POOL AND WATER PARK?

The RV Park pool is open 9am to 9pm.

The Water Zone water park is open 10am to 6 pm, 7 days a week thru summer break; weekends only after summer break thru Labor Day. The water park closes for the season on Labor Day.


ARE THE POOL AND THE WATER ZONE ATTRACTIONS ADA FRIENDLY?

Yes, our campground pool and The Water Zone are ADA-friendly and offer either a pool lift or zero-entry access.


CAN I TOUR THE CAMP-RESORT?

We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.


DO YOU OFFER SEASONAL SITES?

We do offer seasonal sites. Please call the (573) 735-9422, option 7 for more information.


WHAT ARE THE RANGER STATION OFFICE HOURS?

Our office hours vary depending on the time of year.

WILL MY RESERVATION GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC CAMPSITE OR CABIN ASSIGNMENT?

We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $35 lock-in fee. If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit/site number.


HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I HAVE ON MY RESERVATION?

You can have up to 6 people on your reservation if you are at a tent site, RV site, or cabin. If you are in the Lakeside Lodge, you can have up to 16 people on your reservation.


CAN MY FRIENDS & FAMILY COME VISIT?

Absolutely! Guests must pay the day-use fee to visit. Day Use Passes are limited on holiday weekends, Fridays and Saturdays. Please call ahead of time to make sure Day Use Passes are available. Your visitors are always welcome at Mark Twain Lake Jellystone Park™ as long as they register at the Ranger Station. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of Check-In. All your visitors must register, pay day-use fees, and leave the campground by 10pm.


CAN I PITCH A TENT AT MY CAMPSITE IF I HAVE AN RV?

Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent at RV sites (in addition to the RV at an RV site). However, we ask that the tent be placed on the concrete pad.


HOW MANY CARS ARE PERMITTED AT MY SITE AND MAY I HAVE EXTRA CARS?

You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview mirror. These are given with your check-in packets. We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available. **This excludes the Lakeside Lodge. Cars at the Lodge are asked not to park in the grass.


WHAT CAN I USE MY JELLYSTONE PARK™ GIFT CARD TOWARDS?

Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations, Day Use Passes, store purchases, or activities & amenities.


DO YOU HAVE RVS TO RENT?

We do not have RVs to rent at our campground.


DO YOU PROVIDE LINENS IN ALL CABINS?

Yes, we provide linens in all our cabins! We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own.


CAN I RENT A GOLF CART IF I AM ONLY THERE FOR DAY-USE?

No, our golf carts are for our campers with reservations only.


CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART OR ATV TO THE CAMP-RESORT?

For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart, however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard.


CAN I BRING MY OWN E-BIKE OR MOTORIZED SCOOTER TO THE CAMP-RESORT?

Yes, E-Bikes and motorized scooters are allowed on-site. Please ensure that all speed limits and traffic signs are respected. For everyone’s safety, if reckless driving is observed, E-Bikes and motorized scooters will need to remain parked at your campsite for the remainder of your stay.


IS FIREWOOD AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

We have firewood available for purchase at our Ranger Station! A bundle of firewood (7 or 8 pieces) is $7.99. To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.


DO YOU HAVE QUIET HOURS?

We do! Quiet hours are 11pm – 7am daily. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.


ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED AT YOUR PARK?

They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family-friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.


WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR THEMED EVENTS?

Good question! We have lots of themed weekends throughout the year. You can find a list of our upcoming themed events on our website under the “Things to Do” tab.

CAN I BRING A PET WITH ME? YES!

We are a pet-friendly resort! While there’s no charge for bringing your pet with your RV please don’t leave your pet unattended outside or erect any type of fence or pen around your site. We do offer pet-friendly lodging accommodations. Let us know that you’re bringing a pet and we’ll book you into a pet-friendly cabin, subject to availability. We charge a $25 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet, per stay (2 pet limit). Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet accommodation, you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. Pet owners are required to bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT YOUR PARK?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


HOW DO I GET MY REWARD POINTS?

Your points are added after your stay at our park. If you do not see your points added within a month of leaving our park, please contact us and we will gladly help you.


HOW WILL RAIN OR INCLEMENT WEATHER AFFECT MY VISIT TO THE WATERPARK?

To ensure the safety of all our guests, the weather is constantly being monitored, if severe weather enters the area, we may be forced to temporarily close aquatic attractions until the threat has passed. If the weather is sustained through the remainder of the day management may make the decision to close for the rest of the day, at this point the determination of whether rain checks will be provided will occur based on the time of day of closure. If the temperature for the day is not forecast to reach at least 70 degrees, management may deem it necessary to forego the operation of the Waterpark for the day. Keep an eye on social media for updates to operation regarding inclement weather.
